Mobile Project Engineering Manager - Professional Services Department

SUMMARY: Manage all aspects of Mobile customer engagements including cross-functional project participants. Proactively engage throughout all aspects of the customer's software development life cycle; design, development, implementation, testing, launch and maintenance. Serve as the Mobile Customer Account Owner ensuring customer projects are efficient and effective from kick-off to completion. Scope custom work efforts and deliver pricing estimates. Manage cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Database, and Operations resources. Work closely with Product Management and key customers to strategize exciting new products on Mobile platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be, or become, an expert in communicating effectively and authoritatively in the areas of mobile phone systems and/or applications that enable the delivery/consumption of digital music and related content.

Experience with automated call routing/ billing and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems a plus.

This position will require minimal travel world-wide; not expected to exceed 10% of total time.
